Goffray fotos Photography Release
I, (from here on known as the client), grants permission to Jeff Vuong (photographer) and agents, to take and use visual images of me. Visual images are any type of recording, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, or video recordings.
The client will not materially alter the original visual images provided by the photographer.
Jeff Vuong grants permissions to (the client), the rights to make unlimited prints for personal use.
The client agrees to only use watermarked images on any social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn ect).
Clients may not submit any images provided by the photographer, for use of any type of competition without written consent from Jeff Vuong. Types of competition are and not limited to: online voting (most “likes” or “reactions”), where judging is involved or events ending with a monetary gain.
All rights to images created by Jeff Vuong will remain with the photographer. Jeff Vuong reserves the right to display any visual images made during the photography session as samples of his work for the purposes of advertising, promotion on the internet, publication, instruction and professional competition.
In the event of a date change or cancellation, any deposits paid will not be refundable. Refunds will be based upon individual circumstance as deemed by Jeff Vuong. Client acknowledges that the amount of the fees and deposits paid shall be liquidated damages.
In the event of Photographer’s illness or other unforeseen circumstance, Jeff Vuong may substitute another competent, professional photographer to take the photographs.
The client understands that if flash photography is not allowed, photos may look pixelated or grainy.
The client understands that if the client, client’s pets and anyone associated causes damages to any of the photographer’s equipment in any way; the client and anyone associated, will accept all responsibility. The client, and anyone associated, agrees to pay in full, for repair or replacement of said damaged equipment. There will be no dispute on price of repair or replacement of said equipment that was damaged. This term is non-negotiable.
The client understands that if unsafe conditions causes any type of damages to the photographer’s equipment in any way, the client, and anyone associated, agrees to pay in full, for repair or replacement of said damaged equipment. The photographer will do their best to remain as safe as possible while conduction any photography services. There will be no dispute on price of repair or replacement of said equipment that was damaged. This term is non-negotiable.
If Jeff Vuong is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to a fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism or other cause beyond the control of the parties, Jeff Vuong shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. If Jeff Vuong is unable to perform to the obligations in this contract for any other reason, Jeff Vuong will not be liable for costs in excess of the amount the client has paid. This limitation of liability will also apply in the event that the files are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail, or otherwise damaged or lost with or without fault of the photographer Jeff Vuong. While every attempt is made to create the best images possible, no particular photo is guaranteed.
By completing the form below, you (the client) agrees to all terms listed above.
